Shipping
Raf & Roc ships to everyone or almost everything.
Choose where you want to receive your order, provide us with a phone number with which we can put you in touch with the courier service in the event that you are absent at the time of delivery or if any other incident happens.
Our products are made in our private workshop in Madrid, we send them within a period of between 2 and 15 business days, depending on stock.
Place your order before 2:30 p.m. to be managed that same day.
No shipments or deliveries are made, Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
Shipments to the Iberian Peninsula and Portugal will cost € 7, for other destinations contact us at info@rafandroc.com to find the best solution.

€ 4.5 Orders up to € 30 within the Iberian Peninsula.
€ 7 Orders over € 30 within the Iberian Peninsula.
Islands, rest of Europe and non-EU countries, contact us before placing the order to specify shipping costs.

Returns & Exchanges.
At Raf & Roc we like our customers to be satisfied with their purchases, that's why you have 15 calendar days to make your returns, recycle the original packaging, insert the product in the same conditions that you received it, fill in the form and follow the instructions of the same, deliver your package in the transport company of your choice.
The return costs are borne by the customer.
The return will be made within a period not exceeding 15 calendar days after receipt of the product and its subsequent verification. Receiving the amount through the same payment method with which you made your purchase. Our products pass a rigorous quality process, returns for misuse will not be accepted, the product must maintain the label and show no signs of use. Returns will not be made that violate these conditions.
