Returns & Exchanges.

Changes and returns.

At Raf & Roc we like our customers to be satisfied with their purchases, so you have 15 calendar days to make your returns, recycle the original packaging, insert the product in the same conditions that you received it, fill in the form and follow the instructions of the same, deliver your package in the transport company of your choice.

The return costs are borne by the customer.

The return will be made within a period not exceeding 15 calendar days after receipt of the product and its subsequent verification. Receiving the amount through the same payment method with which you made your purchase. Our products pass a rigorous quality process, returns for misuse will not be accepted, the product must maintain the label and show no signs of use. Returns will be made that violate these conditions.
